Wow is this ever a nice park. It is private, and they will rent you a site if they have one available, but most people own their sites and have sheds and patios and landscaping done. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
We are here to be with our friend Barb, who is on the beach for a month. This was the closest we could get to her and we are 40 minutes away. What a drag to get there each way (with one way in the cold, cold, dark night)

We do visit often, and for a few days she had company. Our friends Cathy and Steve from Apopka, and our friends Dwight and Linda from Lincoln came at the same time and stayed with her. It was almost nonstop card playing, eating, cards, eating, and cards, cards, cards. We did save some time for a visit to Cabbage Key, supposedly where Jimmy Buffet wrote "Cheeseburgers in Paradise". The burgers were ok, but not worth a song! We also toured another island beach where Cathy and Linda went shell hunting.
On our last day, we went with Barb on a sunset cruise, saw dolphins, a bird rookery, and a great sunset. What a fabulous time!
