Spent a lot of time here catching up with friends! Sandy and John are living at the Robson Ranch in Eloy, and Linda and Gary are staying at an RV Park nearby. While Cathy went back to Lincoln for an anniversary party, Steve stayed busy with our friends. Apparently Steve drank all the wine at the RV park's SkyMed presentation, and Gary got to drive him home. While the cat is away...
We visited the Casa Grande Ruins nearby.
We toured Saguaro National Park! These cacti live to be over 100, and don't branch until they are at least 75 years old. They take 10 years to die, and end up like the picture on the right, all wooden ribs!
We also toured Biosphere 2. This is a research facility for climate and biological conditions in different types of regions. One poor bird got stuck in here.
