5/10-5/17 Riverview RV Park, Loveland, CO

Here we are by the Big Thompson River!  Nice big spots!

We took a tour of Loveland's downtown and saw a disturbing sight.  Thought we were getting hysterics.  This is not an everyday kind of thing to see.  We think this truck needed two engines instead of two beds!  Plus, check out the guy's pants.  Boy did he need a longer shirt!  Watching him and his buddy trying to get this thing to work had us laughing so hard we were crying!

We went to Estes Park and toured the Stanley Hotel.  Cathy took the Ghost tour also.  We went to a great little winery that had grapefruit wine!  It was delicious!!!

We had a great time touring Rocky Mountain National Park.  We took a couple of days to see everything.  We hiked around Bear Lake, and on the far side (in the shade) we hiked over the snow pack!  We saw a moose grazing out in the pasture (I thought they liked water plants).  Saw elk and a lot of chipmunks! And too much snow!!

Cathy's  favorite!
We walked around the Benson Sculpture Garden and Park in Loveland.  Great sculptures of all kinds!

We went to Fort Collins and Steve toured the New Belgium Brewing Company.  They had a lot of bikes around, since their most famous beer is Fat Tire.

Steve participated in a cattle drive at the RV park, moving them from the field behind the campground, across the highway, to another field.
