Guess what? Right, we had another blown tire this morning! Aren't you thrilled that we had the foresight to purchase an extra tire yesterday!!??!! Another wait by the side of the road for AAA...have we used up our roadside assistance yet??
Parked in our campsite and Gram and Gramp came to pick up the kids and all their stuff!! Afterwards, we met up with mentors Paul and Mary, who were also staying there, and went to eat at Valentino's, a Lincoln icon of pizza.
Steve still pondering the necessity of bigger tires, and in the meantime, we pick up a few extra tires from his brother Randy, so we are sure to have a spare. Since we haven't been traveling faster than 55 mph, we never get anywhere fast! We are both sick of it!
Leave in the morning for Kansas City.
